What a great time leading a 4-hour session for leaders from the Fieldstone Leadership Network of Orange County. The interactive session focused on “Sparking Magic in Team, Brand, and Cause.” Using magic to highlight important concepts, I guided the group of 25 people through simple yet powerful “one degree” strategies to elevate wonder and success in their work. The attendees learned, laughed, and leaned into great dialogue.
